The moon is the most significant source of light in the night sky (as we look at it from earth) – and yet, amazingly, the moon is just a rock in space. All of the light that we see from it, which on certain nights is enough for us to see very well, comes from another source: the sun.

The relationship between the sun and the moon is an excellent way of thinking about the relationship between God and you. The very best and brightest things that you can share with the world around you all come from him. We’re going to talk about that in this course, and we’re going to try to identify ways we can better reflect the light of God.
