WHO WE ARE
Feed the Hungry is a non-profit 501(c)(3), non-demoninational organization that was started by Dr. Ronal King in 1974. In cooperation with many individuals, groups, and organizations, Feed the Hungry focuses on outreach activities, primarily in York County and the Charlotte metro area. For 45 years, this organization has provided food and care to people in need right here in our community.
WHAT WE DO
Feed the Hungry is a year-round organization that seeks to help those in need by partnering with local churches and other groups to provide food and meals to those in need. Weekly meals are provided around the community as well as a very large event at Thanksgiving that has produced over thousands of healthy delicious meals per year to the people in York county and the greater Charlotte metro area.

It doesn’t take a big commitment to make a big impact. Together, with hundreds of other volunteers, your time makes a difference in the lives of your neighbors struggling with hunger. Help get food into the hands of those who need it most.
